It is our great pleasure to invite you to contribute original research articles and critical reviews to the forthcoming Special Issue of the International Journal of Engineering (IJE), dedicated to exploring emerging trends in advanced engineering science. Submissions from both academia and industry are highly welcomed, as this issue seeks to provide a holistic view of current innovations and the evolving challenges across diverse engineering domains.
The Special Issue will cover a broad spectrum of themes, including, but not limited to, petroleum engineering, economics, mechanical, electrical, civil, computer, aerospace, and environmental engineering, as well as other related fields. Our objective is to showcase state-of-the-art developments, novel methodologies, and transformative technologies that are shaping the future trajectory of engineering sciences.
In today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape, the scope of engineering and applied sciences is expanding at an unprecedented pace, creating both new opportunities and complex challenges. For instance, in petroleum engineering, the application of artificial intelligence has demonstrated significant potential in optimizing well candidate simulation and selection. Likewise, the integration of environmental considerations into mining practices is opening new avenues for sustainable resource management.
We particularly encourage contributions that highlight such modern trends, offering innovative perspectives, practical solutions, and forward-looking approaches. Through this Special Issue, authors will have the opportunity to disseminate their work to an international readership and contribute to advancing scholarly and professional discourse in engineering science.
