This paper presents the results of research work and techno-application to rural road construction with on-spot fine basalt soil combined with adhesives including cement PCB40 and additive DZ33. The experimental results show that additive DZ33 has made it possible to increase the hydration ability with cement when effectively reacting with soil particles to reduce construction costs and environmental harms, improve the intensity of reinforced soil mix such as Elastic modulus of reinforced soil (Es), splitting tensile strength (f’st), compressive strength (f’s) and California Bearing Ratio (CBR).
