The International Journal of Engineering (IJE) is published quarterly by the Materials and Energy Research Center (MERC). Annual subscription rates 2011 "1389 A.H.S." (including packing and postage)  are as follows: for university departments, libraries, industrial and other multiple-reader institutions in Iran 500,000 Rials, in Japan, Oceania and North/Central America €230 and in other countries €212; for individuals in Iran 250,000 Rials, in Japan, Oceania and North/Central America €180, and in other countries €160. Reprints of papers are available for 9,000 Rials per copy in Iran and €38 elsewhere (including packing and postage).
