Abstract    Plastic injection is a method in which, with using an extruder in granules, plastic is injected in a hole with high pressure. Because of meeting the two flow fronts in this process welding line will be made. Along the welding line the strength of produced part is low; therefore the position of welding line and its clarity are very important. In this paper, analyzes have been done with Fluent and Mold Flow softwares. In addition, verification of these analyzes have been done with practical experiments in order to study the effect of injection pressure and temperature on the welding line and its clarity. The materials used in these experiments are ABS and PP. Results show that applying different injection pressure and temperatures affects the strength of the produced part.

چکیده    تزریق پلاستیکی روشی است که در آن به وسیله یک اکسترود در گرانول پلاستیک را در یک حفره با فشار تزریق میکنند در این فرآیند بر اثر رسیدن جبهه موج سیال به هم خط جوش ایجاد می شود در راستای خط جوش استحکام قطعه کم می باشد از این رو موقعیت خط جوش و هچنین وضوح آن حائز اهمیت می باشد در این پروژه به بررسی پارامترهای موثر بر پر شدن قالب های تزریق از جمله دمای تزریق، فشار تزریق و تآثیر آن­­ها بر استحکام قطعه پرداخته شده است. شبیه سازی و تحلیل جریان یک نمونه قالب تزریق با استفاده از نرم افزار فلوئنت و مولد فلو انجام شده و نتایج تحلیل با نتایج آزمایشگاهی مقایسه شده است و سازگاری مناسبی بین نتایج مشاهده شده است. در کار آزمایشگاهی نمونه های تست کشش و ضربه برای دو پلیمرABS-PP- در سه دما و فشار مختلف قالبگیری شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که اعمال فشار های مختلف تزریق و درجه حرارت بر استحکام نمونه تولید شده تاثیر دارد.
